How this tier list is built

Anime Zero launched recently and no tested meta ranking exists yet, so we start from what is verifiable: summon rarity (Zenless > Arcane > Mythic > Legendary > Epic) and reported weapon behaviour from the community. After every update we re-test the roster and move weapons based on real dungeon performance — entries that are still uncertain are marked TBD instead of guessed.
